2025 Update #1: On January 15, 2025 we added 749 new full-length (FL) GenBank sequences to our database. We also had a net reduction of 132 control region (CR) sequences due to improved quality filtering. This brings our total number of FL sequences to 61,883 and the number of CR sequences to 80,992. Our SNVs now total 19,811. We update our GenBank sequences every 4-6 months. Hand curation of variants and references continues weekly.
